About the role

n

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Home Consultant to join our sales team at our Menangle Park NSW location. This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in helping prospective homebuyers navigate their journey with ABM Homes. As a New Home Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing expert guidance on our available properties, floor plans, and customisation options. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients and converting enquiries into successful sales, whilst ensuring each customer receives a memorable experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

n

Greet and welcome potential customers to the display centre and/or project sites, creating a positive and professional first impression

n

Conduct detailed consultations with prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements

n

Present and demonstrate available floor plans, designs, and customisation options, highlighting key features and benefits of our homes

n

Provide comprehensive information about pricing, payment plans, and financing options available to customers

n

Answer technical questions about construction, specifications, and home features with confidence and accuracy

n

Prepare and present quotations and sales proposals tailored to individual client requirements

n

Follow up with leads and enquiries through telephone, email, and in-person contact to progress sales opportunities

n

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,



enquiries, and sales activities using company systems

n

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service throughout the sales process

n

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

n

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate, property development, or home building industry

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups

n

Strong sales ability with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

n

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service and support

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

n

Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software; experience with property or sales management systems is advantageous

n

Sound knowledge of the property market and housing trends (or willingness to develop this knowledge)

n

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

n

Professional presentation and appearance

n

Valid driving licence and reliable transport

n

Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required by the role
