Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a organized, service-oriented Site HR Officer to join the site-based People and Culture team at Roy Hill mine in Western Australia. This FIFO role provides practical day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders, handling queries, transactions and HR administration.
Reporting to the Superintendent HR, you will maintain records, support lifecycle activities, coordinate HR data across systems, and contribute to site-based initiatives in a busy operations setting.
