You will cover active night shifts and day shifts, supporting participants living with neurological conditions such as MS, Dementia, MND, and Parkinson's Disease with high physical care needs.

You will work across a 7-day rotating roster, perform manual handling and transfers, assist with daily living tasks, document progress for NDIS requirements, and collaborate with families
