Project Manager - Tier 2 Builder
n Commercial, Health and Education new build projects
n $190,000 - $240,000 plus super

Award winning commercial builder who are well-structured and privately owned organisation are looking for an experienced Project Manager. They are a national builder and have an outstanding reputation in the industry.

n

The company serve a diverse range of clients across Australia. Having completed iconic projects ranging up to $80 million, including multiple award-winning projects, they have achieved success across many sectors including Education, Commercial and industrial for both private and public sector clients.

n

Due to substantial project wins and organic company growth they are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team near Chatswood.

n

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction of projects from initial receipt of documentation to handover to the client at practical completion.

n

The Role

n

You will be initialing positioned on a $20M Commercial project. Reporting to the Construction Manager you would be responsible for

n

n
- Planning and organising project tasks and timelines.
n




- Managing project life cycle from start to finish.
n
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and assigning responsibilities.
n
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays.
n
- Managing project budgets and resources effectively.
n
- Communicating project updates to stakeholders clearly and timely.
n
- Ensuring project goals are achieved within scope and quality parameters.
n

To be considered for this role you will have:

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree of Building, or Construction Management
n
- 5+ years post graduate experience working on construction projects
n
- Completed Commercial projects end to end up to $20M
n
- Working knowledge of all major building trades
n
- A technical working knowledge of the building design process
n
- Solid work history with reputable firms
n
- Financial acumen to ensure projects run within budgetary constraints.
n
- Computer literate, including advanced MS Project and Procore skills
n
