Project Manager – Major Energy Development (Owner's Team)

Location: Perth CBD (On-site)

Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract with strong chance of extension

n

Hours: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

n

Start Date: ASAP / short notice preferred

Rate: Competitive hourly rate + super (based on experience)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with oil & gas / LNG / gas infrastructure experience and robust FEED / FID capability?

n

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading resources organisation to support a major WA energy development. This is an owner's team / client-side project leadership role focused on governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight as the project progresses through engineering studies, approvals and execution readiness.

Key responsibilities

n

- Provide project leadership across development and delivery activities
n
- Drive governance, reporting, and project controls
n
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external contractors/consultants
n
- Support schedule, budget, risk and commercial management




n
- Lead stakeholder engagement with partners, regulators and internal teams
n
- Champion safe delivery and effective risk management
n

n

What you bring

n

n
- Proven project management background in energy, LNG, gas, resources or major infrastructure
n
- Strong understanding of FEED, approvals pathways, and FID readiness
n
- High-level stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Contract/commercial awareness and disciplined risk management
n
- Must have full working rights to work in Australia and be based in Perth, WA
