Job Description

Endeavour Group's ALH venues seek a Data Scientist - Workforce Planning to drive the analytics backbone of our 350+ pubs across Australia. You will build demand-based staffing models, link sales drivers to labour hours, and own data-analytics for advanced workforce tooling, helping scheduling decisions balance guest experience and cost efficiency.

You will translate complex insights for Publicans and Area Managers, partner with BEX and SMEs, and support the discovery of future-state tools.
