About the Role

n

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is not only skilled in warehouse operations but also thrives in a team-driven, cooperative environment. The ideal candidate is a humble, hands-on leader who can communicate effectively, work closely with both internal and external teams, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, as you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from ensuring accuracy in stock management to maintaining safety and compliance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Supervise and assist in all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

n

Support and coordinate with various warehouse departments to streamline processes.

n

Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehouse staff, managers) and external stakeholders (suppliers, transport partners, and other departments within the business).

n

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.





n

Maintain and enforce warehouse safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

n

Perform reporting, record-keeping, and documentation to maintain accurate warehouse data.

n

Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and provide support as needed.

n

Fill operational gaps and provide hands-on assistance in various warehouse tasks when required.

n

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

n

Foster a team-oriented culture, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving.

n

Requirements

n

️ Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a similar industry.

n

️ Bachelor's degree required.

n

️ Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

n

️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

n

️ Humble, down-to-earth personality with the ability to work well within a team.

n

️ A proactive mindset, always willing to step in and help where needed.

n

️ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
