About the Role
n As a Business Development Manager you will be reporting into the General Manager and you'll:

n

n
- Drive new business across 3PL, air, sea, and projects with in Freight forwarding
n
- Build and manage strong relationships with importers, exporters, and supply chain leaders
n
- Collaborate with operations to deliver end-to-end freight solutions that meet client needs
n
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
n
- Represent the business at meetings, events, and trade functions to promote brand visibility
n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

n
- 3+ years in freight forwarding, with a strong background in sales or commercial roles
n
- Proven track record in securing current business and growing revenue
n
- A confident, relationship-first approach with strong negotiation skills
n
- Deep knowledge of international logistics (import/export, 3PL, incoterms, etc.)
n
- Strategic thinking and ability to tailor solutions for each client
n




- Full Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, or NZ Citizen)
n
- Located in Brisbane, QLD
