Winanga-li ACFC is seeking an Aboriginal Family Preservation Caseworker to join the Family Support team in Tamworth. The role involves in-home, intensive casework to keep children secure and connected with family and community, using culturally grounded, trauma-informed practices.

You will work with Aboriginal families, building trust and strengthening parenting capacity, delivering wraparound supports and coordinating with DCJ, schools, and health services.
