Position: Electrical Supervisor

Position Details:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Olympic Dam. The roster includes 8/6 on a FIFO or DIDO basis. In this role, you’ll be involved in a variety of construction and maintenance works, contributing to high-quality outcomes across site while working within a collaborative and safety-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and electrical safety requirements
- Experience in HV and LV installation, maintenance, commissioning and testing
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Robust communication skills and ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Commitment to safety, wellbeing and developing agile teams
- Supervise work activities associated with electrical and refrigeration schedule
- Allocate resources to ensure compliance to schedule
- Deliver planned and unplanned electrical maintenance, installation and construction work
- Complete testing, commissioning, inspections and technical reporting activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Electrical trade qualification
- Current SA PGE Licence
- Current Drivers Licence
- Leadership and supervisory experience within electrical maintenance or industrial environment
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively to project deadlines
- Strong understanding of electrical testing, quality and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Refrigeration and Air-conditioning trade qualification and/or experience
- Nationally accredited Working at Heights
- Safety Leadership training
