Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Email Marketing Specialist / Marketing Manager. The person in this position will design and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and scheduling. They will manage email marketing software, set up automation workflows, and monitor deliverability and engagement metrics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing for conversions, and supporting lead generation initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure clear, values-driven communication across all email touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Email Marketing Software skills, including experience with leading platforms and list management.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Automation skills, including workflow design, triggers, and nurturing sequences.




- Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills, including tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and generating actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including creating email funnels and strategies to attract and nurture prospective participants or clients.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear written communication in en_US and the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in impact-driven or nonprofit initiatives, familiarity with design sprints or innovation methodologies, and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail, and align marketing strategies with organizational values.
