Role: EUC Engineer Desktop support with Proxy network

Location: Perth

Must-Have Skills:

- Providing Level 2/3 support across servers, M365, Azure, AWS, networking.
- Supporting complex real-time monitoring environments.
- Part of end-to-end IT support team which also managed projects
- Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, MS Office, Odoo, SAP, BMC Remedy, QuickBooks, MSProjets, Service Now, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, C++, Python, .Net, C#, SQL, MySQL, Crystal Reports, Apache, IIS. Windows, Linux, Mac OS, IOS, Android

Detailed

- IT qualified with over 4 years of hands-on expertise in infrastructure, end-user support, and across enterprise environments with Install / Move / Add / Changes and co-ordination with respective OEMs and/or Customer facilities group for Network/Standalone Printers / Scanners / MFPs / Plotters / Label Printers etc.
- Onsite operational support of voice end points (e.g., Physical hard phones on desk running over
- Life cycle of Incidents associated with EUC equipment and EUC software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users.




- Coordinate with Customers’ vendors for provision of end-user support (e.g., Hardware Vendor technicians for warranty repair/replacement
- Replace equipment and/or software in order to conduct a repair, support the Authorized User by copying data, performing backups and restoring data and backups to the replacement EUC device
- Operational support for certified Network Printers / Scanners / MFPs / Plotters / Label Printers / Tag Printers
- Loading/Reloading of PCs with Customer standard image for deployment.
- End-to-end stewardship/ownership of Incidents escalated to Customer’s support groups to incident resolution
- Coordination with Customer’s support teams for execution of maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, or changes
- operational support for disaster recovery and BCP emergency response activities in the event of emergency situations and annual testing requirements at local sites
