The Role

Working alongside our Water Well/Bore Driller, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and efficient drilling operations across WA sites.

Your responsibilities will include

- Rod handling and general offsider support during bore drilling

- Mixing drilling fluids and additives

- Assisting with casing, screening and grouting of bores

- Rig mobilisation and demobilisation between sites

- Assisting with routine maintenance and basic repairs of drilling equipment

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite at all times

- Active participation in pre-starts, safety meetings, JHAs and Take 5's

- Working long shifts in hot, physically demanding environments

This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, resilience and commitment to safety.

Essential Requirements

- HR Driver's Licence (highly desirable)

- Previous experience as a Driller's Offsider or in a highly physical role (drilling, mining,



civil or construction)

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols

- Current National Police Clearance

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

- Australian working rights

- Available for immediate start

- Perth-based
