Ready to take your Cardiovascular experience in a new direction?

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a rapidly growing Australian medical technology business and play a key role in developing its Cardiovascular presence across NSW.

We’re interested in speaking with established Medical Device professionals, but we’re equally interested in experienced Nurses and Clinicians from the Cardiac and Cardiovascular environment who are ready to explore a move into industry.

You could currently be:

- A Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist within Cardiology, Cardiovascular or Cardiac surgery
- A Cardiac, Cardiology, Cath Lab, ICU or theatre nurse
- A clinically experienced healthcare professional with strong exposure to Cardiovascular procedures
- An existing Medical Device salesperson looking for greater autonomy and ownership

Previous Medical Device sales experience is not essential.

What matters is your clinical credibility, ability to build relationships, confidence within the hospital environment and appetite to develop commercially.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of an established NSW territory, working closely with surgeons, hospitals and clinical teams while developing new opportunities across the state.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Developing new and existing hospital and clinician relationships
- Growing the NSW territory
- Supporting procedures and providing clinical education




- Increasing awareness and adoption of innovative Cardiovascular technologies
- Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities
- Supporting hospital tenders
- Working closely with senior leadership
- Supporting future product launches and continued business growth

For someone coming directly from a clinical environment, you’ll have the prospect to apply your existing knowledge and relationships while developing the commercial skills required to build a successful career within Medical Devices.

- Experience within cardiac, cardiology, cardiovascular or a closely related clinical environment
- Strong credibility within hospitals
- Confidence working with clinicians and senior healthcare professionals
- The ability to build trusted relationships
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- A genuine desire to develop commercially and create growth

For experienced industry candidates, this offers greater autonomy, ownership and commercial influence.

The Package

Up to $160,000 Base Salary + Super + $18,000 Car Allowance + Fuel Card
20% Annual STI

Laptop, iPad, mobile and home internet also included.
