Anglicare in Rushcutters Bay, NSW, is seeking a part time Chaplain to provide spiritual leadership and emotional support within Elizabeth Lodge. The role will be based on-site at the home and involves developing a Christ-centred pastoral presence among residents, families, and staff.
The Chaplain will work with Pastoral Carers to form the Home’s Pastoral Care Team, delivering visitation, church services, and guidance while respecting residents’ beliefs and autonomy.
