Possability Group is seeking a lead practitioner to oversee therapy and case planning for children and young people with complex needs. You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, guide Care Teams and manage a caseload of up to 12 CYP.

You will lead practice, coaching and capability across Care Teams, drive evidence-based outcomes and participate in ongoing clinical supervision to support qualified growth and service quality.
