The organization is a well-known national provider of fully integrated IT and audio-visual AV solutions. This will be working onsite at a Tier 1 bank in Brisbane supporting their meeting rooms and setting up corporate events.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary onsite AV support for the major corporate customer.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution.
- Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.
- Assist users with AV system operations, ensuring seamless meeting experiences

Requirements:

- Has +2 years in an AV support role
- Have worked in a technical support role and be used to providing external clients technical advice
- Be able to commute into the CBD as the client has a large office in the city
- Have a positive proactive attitude, the team are real go getters and want someone that matches their energy
