Floor Envy NQ is seeking an experienced, confident and customer focused Sales / Colour Consultant to assist our clients in selecting flooring and coating solutions for their homes, renovations and commercial projects. The Sales / Colour Consultant will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients from their initial enquiry through to product selection, booking and complete installation.

Key responsibilities

- Meet and greet clients in the showroom and provide friendly, professional customer service.
n
- Consult with clients to understand their flooring, colour, style and practical requirements.
n
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Floor Envy NQ's flooring and coating products, including their features, perks and suitable applications.
n
- Assist clients with flooring, coating, colour and product selections.
n
- Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
n
- Take and coordinate client bookings, consultations and appointments.
n
- Prepare and process quotes, invoices and purchase orders using Xero.
n
- Maintain accurate customer and project information.
n




- Use Microsoft Office 365 for day-to-day administration and communication.
n
- Assist with social media content and customer engagement where required.
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum of five years' experience in a similar sales, showroom, colour consulting or customer service role.
n
- Hold a current driver's licence.
n
- Be reliable, honest and professional.
n
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Be confident working with customers and providing advice and recommendations.
n
- Have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
n
- Have a good working knowledge of social media, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
n
- Have experience using Xero Accounting for quotes, invoices and purchase orders.
n
- Be organised, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities.
n
- Have a genuine interest in flooring, interiors, colour and helping customers create spaces they love.
