Job Description

Tip Top Ermington is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to join our Ermington bakery, reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor and leading a team to maintain sanitation standards. You will implement and monitor hygiene processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Ermington, NSW, you will coordinate with production and maintenance to integrate cleaning activities, perform routine inspections, and uphold workplace health and safety protocols.
