Job Description

Ioof Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to lead delivery and enhancement of ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB and Event Management. You will collaborate with cloud, infrastructure and architecture teams to improve visibility, resilience and automation across the technology landscape.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise with 5+ years in ITOM, solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
