Join Our Team as an Office Manager in Sydney CBD
n
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised Office Manager to oversee our Sydney CBD office. The ideal candidate enjoys improving office systems, supporting staff and taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy professional workplace.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
n
- Maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out.
n
- Work closely with our venture companies to provide administrative assistance and support.
n
- Assist with onboarding processes and pre-employment checks.
n
- Maintain HR files, including leave tracking and reporting.
n
- Monitor and follow up on mandatory team training obligations.
n
- Collate, review, and process monthly timesheets for payroll (MYOB software knowledge beneficial but not mandatory).
n
- Prepare, edit, and format reports and correspondence.
n
- Monitor compliance requirements and follow up as needed.
n
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
n
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to senior staff, including minute-taking when required.
n
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and coordinate supplier/vendor relationships.
n

What We Are Looking For:
n
n
- 10 years' experience in office administration or office management preferred.
n
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
n
- MYOB software knowledge beneficial but not essential.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence supporting staff at all levels.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
n
