About the Role

Depending on your experience and qualification, your responsibilities may include:

n

- Delivering high-quality education and care for children
n
- Creating engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environments
n
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n




- Supporting or leading curriculum planning and programming
n
- Mentoring and supporting team members where applicable
n
- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
n
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Child Safe Standards, or willingness to learn
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
