We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team working on a Regional NSW site on a full-time basis.

n

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing security services company providing services to an exciting infrastructure project.

n

This site is in Regional NSW, and offers 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Accommodation and Meals are provided. This is a Drive-in-Drive-Our Role, starting from Cooma, NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets
n
- Responding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a skilled and timely manner
n
- Conducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff & contractors
n
- Maintaining detailed incident and shift logs
n
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
n
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar role
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Proactive and vigilant approach to security
n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
- Current NSW Security License, RSA & White Card is required for this position
n
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence
n
- Full Australian work rights
n

- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously on the 14 days on, 7 days off roster
