Your new role

Based in Hobart, you'll report directly to senior leadership and work closely with stakeholders across the business. This position offers a broad mix of financial leadership, business partnering and operational responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence decision-making and drive positive outcomes across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Providing commercial insights and financial support to key stakeholders
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls
- Leading and mentoring finance team members
- Supporting strategic projects and organisational initiatives

What you'll need to succeed





As the ideal candidate, you'll be CA or CPA qualified and possess previous experience in a Finance Manager, or Senior Finance position. You'll have solid technical accounting capability, experience preparing financial reports and budgets, and a proven ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

You will also demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
