Organisation Our client is woven into the everyday lives of millions of Australian families, with a dominant global presence in the FMCG industry. Their portfolio reflects a deep understanding of consumer trends, convenience and great taste, without compromising on quality.
The organisation is consistently recognised, not just internally but across respected external frameworks, for being a top-tier employer, being voted "Top Australian Employer" historically.
Role The role will report to the Commercial Manager and will work with the other Analysts & Business Partners. The role will provide financial analysis, support and commercial direction across their brand portfolio and supply chain team.

- Build financial models, scenarios and business cases that give stakeholders a clear basis for evaluating investments, cost-saving initiatives and operational priorities.

- Bring a commercially minded, questioning approach to decisions on pricing, volume, product mix,
investment and innovation, pressure-testing assumptions rather than taking them at face value.
- Partner with Sales Finance on pricing strategy, revenue management and trade spend, with a focus on lifting revenue, margin and ROI - and work with Logistics and Supply Chain (transport, warehousing, import logistics) to understand cost drivers and improve cost-to-serve and service.
- Get ahead of issues through proactive, forward-looking analysis, surfacing risks and opportunities before they materialise.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and systems (SAP, Business Objects and other data sources), strengthening broader financial capability across the organisation.
