? We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business performance evaluation, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
? Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and business performance.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and financial summaries.
- Analyze business trends, profitability, costs, margins, and financial performance.
- Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct investment, project, and business case analysis when required.
- Evaluate financial impacts of new products, projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform market and industry research to support financial and business decisions.
- Maintain accurate financial models, databases, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and senior management teams.
- Support financial audits, management reviews, and ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes, analytical models, and reporting efficiency.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, investment analysis, or business analysis is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or strong analytical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems, or financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial information.
- Strong ability to identify trends, variances, risks, and business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
