Sales Consultant — Commission Only | $80K–$120K+ OTE

Strength Lab is looking for a hungry, confident and highly driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional salaried sales role.
This is a commission-only contractor position designed for someone who backs their ability, wants to be rewarded for performance and doesn’t want their income capped by a salary.
We generate the leads.
You close them.
Strength Lab is one of Australia’s leading personal training and body transformation companies, with thousands of successful client transformations and a rapidly growing presence across Melbourne and Australia.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional salesperson who can help us turn more qualified enquiries into successful Strength Lab clients.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be speaking with people who have already enquired about working with Strength Lab. Your role will be to:
- Conduct phone sales consultations
- Understand each prospect’s goals, challenges and motivations
- Clearly communicate the value of Strength Lab
- Recommend the most appropriate service for each prospect
- Follow up leads consistently and professionally
- Manage your pipeline through our CRM
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
This is primarily a closing role. You won’t be spending your days cold calling random lists or trying to generate your own leads.
Our marketing team generates the opportunities.
Your job is to capitalise on them.
The Opportunity
Commission only. Uncapped earnings. Expected earnings for a solid performer are approximately:
$80,000–$120,000+ per year
There is no ceiling.
If you perform at an exceptional level, your income can exceed this.
Your earnings are directly tied to your performance.
The better you become at selling, following up and closing, the more you earn.

Sales Experience
Previous sales experience is highly regarded, particularly in:
