About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Finisher to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering stability, competitive salary, and opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces to a high standard
- Perform grinding, polishing, and coating applications
- Operate specialised tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assess surfaces and determine appropriate finishing techniques
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members on-site
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
About You
- Cert III or proven experience as a Floor Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of concrete grinding, polishing, and coating systems
- Ability to operate relevant machinery and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical fitness and ability to work on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
