We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Dock Hands and experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy transport and logistics company based in Dandenong. These are ongoing casual positions with an immediate start available for the right candidates.

Dock Hand

As a Dock Hand, you will be responsible for manually unloading crates onto a conveyor belt, then unloading the conveyor belt into waiting trucks. This is a physically demanding role requiring repetitive lifting throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Manually unload crates onto a conveyor belt.

Transfer freight from the conveyor belt into trucks.

Perform repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting safely.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Work efficiently as part of a team to meet operational deadlines.

To Be Successful You Will Have

Previous warehouse, transport or labouring experience preferred.

A robust work ethic and reliable attendance.

The ability to perform repetitive manual handling throughout your shift.

A commitment to working safely at all times.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Forklift Operator





We are also seeking experienced Forklift Operators with strong loading and unloading experience. This role involves operating a forklift fitted with double tines to load and unload trucks in a fast-paced transport environment.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Operate a forklift with double tines.

Move freight throughout the warehouse and loading dock.

Complete pre-start checks and operate equipment safely.

Follow site procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

To Be Successful You Will Have A current LF Forklift Licence.

Proven experience loading and unloading trucks.

Experience operating a forklift with double tines.

A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a busy team environment.
