Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level).

The Data

Analyst will support data collection, cleaning, and organization from various sources to help improve recruitment and selection processes. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic data analysis, preparing simple reports and dashboards, and assisting in identifying trends and patterns related to job postings, candidates, and hiring outcomes. The role involves collaborating with team members to clarify data requirements, documenting findings in a clear format, and maintaining data accuracy in internal systems.

The Data

Analyst will also learn and apply foundational analytical tools and techniques under the guidance of more experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Data Analytics.




- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics for interpreting data and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Candidates should possess introductory skills in Data Modeling or a willingness to learn data structuring concepts.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in recruitment, HR analytics, or business analytics and willingness to grow in a data-focused career path.
