Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service — Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, and provide friendly assistance
- Order Processing — Enter orders into POS accurately for dine‑in and takeaway
- Cash Handling — Process EFTPOS and cash payments, issue receipts, manage change
- Food Packaging — Pack takeaway meals neatly and ensure correct items are provided
- Front Counter Cleanliness — Maintain a tidy counter, condiment area, and customer waiting zone
- Coordination With Kitchen — Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
