We're looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead the front-of-house team, support day-to-day branch operations, and ensure every customer receives a welcoming, efficient and memorable experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor, hospitality leader, or operations professional looking to take the next step in their management career.
About the Role
As Front of House Manager, you'll report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the Customer Service Manager and the front-of-house team to ensure the smooth and effective running of customer-facing operations. You'll lead, coach and support the FOH team, drive service standards, assist with operational priorities, and help create memorable customer journeys from arrival through to departure.
What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and support a team delivering exceptional customer experiences · Support the day-to-day running of front-of-house and customer-facing branch operations Ensure vehicles are maintained, presented, and ready for customer departures Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities with internal teams and external suppliers Monitor fleet availability and minimise vehicle downtime to maximise operational efficiency Drive customer satisfaction, ancillary sales, and branch performance targets Develop and support the FOH team to achieve service standards and performance expectations Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service partners Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards Promote and maintain a positive workplace health and safety culture What You'll Bring Experience leading or supervising teams in tourism, hospitality, customer service, vehicle rental, logistics, automotive,
or a similar operational environment A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Experience balancing customer service, operational priorities, and team performance Strong organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, fleet operations, or service delivery is highly regarded Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications Some mechanical or automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essential A valid unrestricted driver's licence Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Why Join thl?
