We’re a growing residential building company seeking a reliable and motivated General Hand to join our construction team. This is a hands-on role working across residential builds, supporting trades and ensuring sites run efficiently and safely.

About the Role
As the general hand; you’ll be working on active residential construction sites, assisting with day-to-day construction tasks and supporting our supervisors and trades to keep projects moving.
Key responsibilities include:
- General labouring duties on residential construction sites
- Site clean-up and preparation
- Assisting trades as required
- Assist in the collection and distribution of supplies to various sites
- Manual handling of materials and equipment
- Maintaining a protected and organised work environment
- Following WHS procedures at all times.
About You
- Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred (but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of an established and cohesive team.
