About the role
n
The role is responsible for pro-actively managing and reviewing the portfolio of customers allocated and seek opportunities to maximise business renewal and organic growth.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Manage a portfolio alongside the Relationship Manager, delivering high-quality fleet services
n
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely resolution of all requests
n
- Identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and drive upsell initiatives
n
- Monitor fleet performance (utilisation, servicing, fuel) to optimise costs and outcomes
n
- Prepare accurate quotes within SLA timeframes and track outcomes
n
- Manage vehicle terminations and restructures in line with best practice
n
- Ensure KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently met or exceeded
n
- Build strong client relationships to support revenue growth and account planning
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared business objectives
n

Skills and experience
n
n
- Relevant qualification (business-related, tertiary, or equivalent)
n
- Fleet Management or Motor industry experience
n
- Experience in a customer service role
n
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
n
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with ability to meet deadlines
n
- Robust written and verbal communication, including active listening
n
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Fleet management knowledge (desirable)
n
n
