Role Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

n

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing and business development strategies for our caravan retail operations in South-East Queensland.

n

The role is responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, maximising sales and customer loyalty, promoting the company's products and services, and strengthening the company's brand, reputation and market position.

n

This is a hands-on leadership position combining strategic sales management with direct oversight of branch operations, customer relationships and commercial performance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop and implement sales strategies and set branch sales targets to maximise revenue, customer acquisition and customer loyalty.
n
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's caravans, products and services and increase market penetration and sales.
n
- Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen brand image, customer engagement and loyalty and encourage increased consumption of the company's products and services.
n
- Develop and maintain strategies that strengthen the company's image and reputation with customers, suppliers, industry stakeholders and the wider market.
n
- Lead sales performance,



manage the sales pipeline and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
n
- Lead branch operations, including sales, customer service, stock, showroom presentation, workshop and warranty requirements.
n
- Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity and use market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
n
- Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events where required.

Skills & Experience The successful applicant will have:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, branch management or a related commercial role.
n
- Proven experience developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
n
- Experience developing strategies to promote products and services, increase sales and build customer loyalty.
n
- Strong commercial, negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
n
- Experience leading and managing a sales or customer-facing team.
n
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer engagement and market development.
n
- Experience in automotive, caravan, RV, retail or a related industry is desirable.
n
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.
n

n

A degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
