Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of business transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team and drive meaningful outcomes across data and analytics, service design, business improvement, and change programs.

This is not a technology implementation role. We're seeking a well-rounded Project Manager who can navigate complex business environments, bring stakeholders together, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of business transformation projects from initiation through to implementation.
n
- Manage multiple workstreams across data and analytics, service design, process improvement, and organisational change initiatives.
n
- Build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, alignment, and informed decision-making.
n
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements.
n
- Coordinate business readiness and change activities to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.

About You:

n

- Proven experience delivering business-focused projects within large and complex organisations.
n
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
n
- Experience working across business transformation, service design,



change management, process improvement, or data and analytics initiatives.
n
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholder groups.
n
- A pragmatic, outcomes-focused project manager who can balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery.
