We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new, purpose-built Early Learning Centre, designed to inspire, nurture, and support every child's development. Our centre is a 36-place service located in a beautiful, brand new estate, catering for children aged 6 weeks to school age. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and premium, brand new educational resources, with a drive to become an Exceeding-rated service. We are committed to best practice in Early Education.

The Role
n
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Diploma Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education and care. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and innovative environment.

As an integral member of our team, you will:
n
n
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children
n
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging workplace for both children and staff
n
- Embed the service's philosophy into daily practice and decision-making
n
- Communicate effectively with families about their child's daily experiences and development
n
- Maintain accurate observations and documentation of each child's learning journey and progress
n
n

Requirements
n
To be successful in this role, you will have (or be willing to obtain) the following:
n
n
- Diploma and or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- A valid Working With Children Check
n
- A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
n
- A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including:
n n
- National Regulations
n
- National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment
n
- A strong understanding of the importance of family engagement and communication
n
- A commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child in your care
n
