Our Brisbane culinary team is growing, and we're looking for qualified chefs to join a high-volume production kitchen where precision, consistency and food safety matter more than plating for a pass.

It's a 7-day operation, so some weekends are part of the rotation — but shifts are mornings and afternoons only.

The role

- Cook to approved specifications, recipes and production schedules — consistency at volume is the craft here
n
- Run your section and lead Catering Assistants and junior team members
n
- Control yield, waste and spoilage
n
- Hold the line on HACCP, sanitation and food safety standards
n
- Keep your area clean, safe and organised, and contribute to a safety-first culture
n

What you'll bring
n

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
- Bulk cooking, high-volume kitchen or food manufacturing experience (highly regarded — but we'll train the right hospitality chef)
n
- Ability to work 38 hours per week across a 7-day roster (morning/afternoon shifts and some weekends and public holidays)
n
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude
