Job Description

NSW Health Pathology at Westmead Hospital is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to drive strategic workforce initiatives and industrial relations outcomes. You will partner with NSW Health Pathology leaders to navigate employee relations matters and enable high-quality healthcare delivery.

You will provide general HR advice and consultancy, support managers, and implement transformational workforce initiatives across the organisation. 38 hours/week, with a market-competitive salary.
