The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute Corporate Lawyer with 4 years plus pae to join this firm's market-leading M&A; team in Sydney.
In this pivotal role, you will work directly alongside powerhouse Corporate Partners.
You will be an instrumental driver on a diverse, high-value portfolio of domestic and cross-border deals. A flavour of the work will include public M&A;, equity raisings, IPOs, structured capital injections, advising ASX-listed entities on complex securities law.

About You
This role is perfectly suited to a driven, high-performing corporate lawyer looking to elevate their career. To be successful, you will bring:
- 4+ years of Post-Admission Experience (PQE) gained within a premier corporate practice.
- An Australian or Commonwealth jurisdiction legal qualification. Our client is open to sponsoring.
- A proven track record of managing end-to-end M&A; or capital markets deals.
- Outstanding stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor to blue chip clients.
- A collaborative, proactive approach to leadership and a genuine passion for mentoring junior lawyers.
