Talent Focus is seeking an Excavation and Earthworks Site Supervisor to lead in office teams across multiple early works projects in Western Sydney. This hands-on role requires coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and daily activities with a focus on safety, quality and schedule.
You will work closely with the Director and Project Manager to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard, taking ownership of daily site operations and setting the pace for the crew.
