We are partnering with a fast-growing global FinTech that is expanding its Sydney sales team and looking for a Senior Account Executive .

The business has already deployed $4B+ in funding to thousands of companies worldwide and is backed by major global financial institutions.

Locally, the Sydney team is still lean, which means there is a genuine opportunity to have impact, build your reputation internally, and be part of the next phase of growth.

This is a brilliant role for someone who loves building pipeline, chasing hard, and closing fast .

You’ll be selling a highly relevant funding solution into eCommerce businesses , helping ambitious brands access capital to support growth, inventory, marketing, and expansion.

The opportunity

This is a full-cycle, outbound-led AE role where you’ll be given a solid account base but expected to create your own momentum.

You’ll be targeting eCommerce businesses generating $12M+ revenue , with a focus on larger, high-growth accounts, including businesses doing $100M+ revenue .





You’ll be working in a quick-moving sales environment with:

- $200K+ OTE
- Uncapped commission
- Sydney-based team
- Flexible hybrid working
- Fast-growing global FinTech
- Real earning upside

This would suit someone with:

- 2+ years’ AE or Commercial Sales experience
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Experience building your own pipeline
- Strong sales process and follow-up discipline
- High-velocity sales experience
- The ability to juggle multiple opportunities at once
- Hunger, grit, drive and resilience

FinTech, lending, payments, financial services or eCommerce experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.

The priority is finding someone who can prospect, qualify, chase, close and operate with pace .
