Save the Children Australia is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee a nationwide Leaving Violence Payments program, working remotely from anywhere in Australia on Melbourne time. You will lead a team of Individual Support Specialists and Workers, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred support for victim-survivors of intimate partner violence.

You will coach and mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, and align resources to maximise outcomes.
