We are looking for a motivated Labourer / Trade Assistant to join a busy and growing pool and outdoor construction team.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors and learning new skills. You don't need to be an experienced concreter – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning concreting and pool construction.

For the right person, there is plenty to learn and an opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career within the industry.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Assisting with the construction of swimming pools and surrounding areas
n
- Helping experienced concreters prepare for and complete concrete pours
n
- Learning basic concreting techniques and finishing
n
- Site preparation and general labouring
n
- Moving and preparing materials and equipment
n
- Assisting with formwork and preparation for concrete
n
- Helping with pool surrounds and other outdoor construction works
n
- Keeping sites clean,
organised and safe
n
- Learning from experienced tradespeople on the job
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
- Is keen to learn concreting and construction
n
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
n
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work
n
- Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
n
- Takes direction and is willing to learn
n
- Wants more than "just another labouring job" and is interested in developing practical skills
n
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
n
Previous labouring, landscaping, construction or concreting experience would be great, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
