CatholicCare Tasmania is a leading social services agency delivering support to families, young people and children in Tasmania. The Personal and Family Support Worker provides timely counselling, parenting guidance and education, and coordinates with community services.

Based in the George Town catchment, the role focuses on empowerment, health promotion and safeguarding vulnerable clients, while collaborating across a multi-disciplinary team.
