Workfast is seeking experienced Pipefitters specialising in high-pressure piping for an immediate start on a major heavy industrial project located in Port Kembla.

This position offers full time site hours with strong overtime potential, running through to late November 2026 with opportunities for extension into early 2027.

- Base Rate: $58.00 per hour + penalties + superannuation

- Penalty rates applicable on extended weekday hours and weekend shifts

Roster & Hours
n

- Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 5:00pm

- Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

- Shift: Day shift with steady overtime available

Key Requirements
n
n
- Piping Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience with high-pressure piping systems (Required).
n
- Weld Test: Ability to pass a stick (SMAW) weld test to ISO 9606.1 standard prior to commencement (Required).
n
- White Card:
Valid Construction Induction Card (Required).
n
- Working at Heights: Valid ticket (Required).
n
- Site Compliance: Ability to pass pre-employment and random on-site Drug & Alcohol screening.

Preferred Tickets & Experience
n
n
- High Risk Work License – EWP Boom (>11m / WP Ticket).
n
- Proven background working in heavy industry, mining, or oil & gas environments.
