Black Truck & AG Gatton is looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

n

Working within our busy multi-franchise dealership, you'll support customers, workshop technicians, and the wider business while gaining exposure to industry-leading brands including Kubota, Isuzu Trucks, Krone, Silvan, Landini, Fuchs, and more.

About the Role

n

As our Parts Interpreter, you'll be a key part of the dealership's daily operations, responsible for:

n

Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers

n

Processing parts orders, receipting, and inventory management

n

Stock control and stocktaking activities

n

Receiving large stock deliveries and shelf replenishment

n





Maintaining attractive and organised showroom displays

n

Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

n

General housekeeping and dispatch area organisation

n

Participating in a rotating Saturday roster (8:00am – 11:00am)

n

About You

n

You are someone who:

n

Enjoys working with customers and building relationships

n

Has solid communication and organisational skills

n

Is reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused

n

Holds a current Driver Licence

n

Holds a current Forklift Licence

n

Has a good understanding of workplace health and safety

n

Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail

n

Experience in agricultural, truck, automotive, or machinery parts is highly regarded, but not essential. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
