As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide dependable, person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and out in the community. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people build independence, participate in their community and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities
n
Support participants with community access and participation
n
Provide in-home support
n
Support participants to attend appointments and activities
n
Assist with daily living and household tasks
n
Transport participants to community activities and appointments
n
Complete clear and accurate progress notes
n
Follow individual support plans and uphold organisational values
n
Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and their families
n
Support independence, choice and personal goals
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
Caring, compassionate and respectful
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Confident working independently and as part of a team
n
Professional and able to maintain appropriate boundaries
n
Comfortable supporting people in their homes and within the community
n
Flexible and willing to work across a range of shifts
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Australian driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
n
Relevant disability support experience or qualifications (desirable)
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (desirable)
n
Experience with manual handling and assistive equipment (desirable)
