In November 2025 we launched our Inclusive Employment Australia – Mental Health Specialist division. In the last 9 months our Sydney teams have delivered exceptional results and increased referrals. Due to expansion within the Sydney market we are looking for a passionate and driven Job Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role
n
As the Job Development Manager, you will be the key connector between employers and participants. Your focus will be on building strong business relationships and ensuring sustainable employment outcomes.
n
You will:
n
n
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating customised, inclusive job opportunities.
n
- Exceed targets, driving high performance and contributing to the growth and success of Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.
n
- Advocate for inclusive employment practices and support employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
n
- Collaborate with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.
n
- Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability,
helping businesses realise the value of a diverse workforce.
n
- Drive business development and market growth for Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.
n
- Celebrate successes with employers and participants, showcasing the impact of inclusive employment.

About You
n
We are looking for someone with:
n
n
- Experience in account management, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement.
n
- Strong employer networks (highly regarded).
n
- Knowledge of employment services, workplace rehabilitation, or disability/mental health support (desirable).
n
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
n
- Current driver's licence and car and ability to obtain required clearances.
n
n
