About the role

n

This role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of cleaning and facilities management services across a key site. You will assist with planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and ongoing communication between site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

n

The position requires someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing priorities in a busy operational setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will regularly act as a key point of contact for project updates and operational coordination.

n

You will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.

n

The role mainly consists of:

n

- Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clients
n
- Preparing,



reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior management
n
- Develop, review and negotiate variations to the contract, programs, projects and services
n
- Maintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract cost increases
n
- Advising Executive Managers on matters requiring attention to ensure their decisions are implemented
n
- Tracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention and site/portfolio profitability
n
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer's expectations
n
- Recruiting, training and developing of the management team to ensure contract compliance and succession
n
- Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.

- Managing & owning customer relationships
n
- Business development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolio
n
- Managing paperwork related with contracts and variations
n

Skills and experience

n

- The skills and qualifications that this position requires include:
n
- Management and operations experience this is a necessity
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - such as Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.
n
